ZH Construction is a construction company focused on building residential objects and leading projects. We build urban villas, family homes and smaller residential and commercial buildings, turnkey or in phases, and for investors we also take over the full operational management of the project.
A construction company built around execution
At the core of the company is a team with years of hands-on experience in construction, running sites and organising execution. We understand both the technical and the commercial side of building, so we lead each project with a real feel for site conditions and the investor’s interests.
For every project we assemble the right mix of our own team and trusted contractors and subcontractors. That lets us match the scope of work, from a single phase of construction to full turnkey delivery, with the same level of oversight and responsibility.
One responsible party for the whole project
Whatever the scope, the investor works with a single accountable team. Behind that team stands an established network of contractors and partners that we coordinate through every phase of the build.
Project leadership
From start to handover the project is led by our people, who manage preparation, execution and the pace of works.
Contractor coordination
We align subcontractors, trades and the sequence of works so the site runs in good order and without unnecessary delays.
Quality & schedule control
We track the programme, costs and standard of execution, with clear reporting to the investor at every phase.
Documentation & handover
We keep orderly documentation, organise the final inspection and prepare the building for handover.

Construction is our core activity. Alongside it, we integrate energy systems into modern buildings as an added competence, and within the ZH group there is also a wood program focused on the supply of timber materials.
